Cars have always caught my attention, from their shapes to the small design details that make each one unique. Since starting a real car collection is not exactly realistic right now, LEGO cars became my version of one: a creative way to build, collect, and display that interest piece by piece.

Painted by me, Turbo Mind came from my passion for cars and the idea of making the piece more eye-catching by adding an unexpected skier on top. The small figure became one of the biggest challenges, pushing me to focus on tiny details, balance, and precision. I also spent a lot of time creating the right blue background, especially while moving into an apartment with blank white walls that needed color.

Painted by me, this piece uses bold red tones and a close-up eye to create intensity, emotion, and a slightly abstract feeling. I chose not to include a signature on the front so the attention stays on the piece and its interpretation, rather than on who made it.

Drawn in my travel journal, this piece came from the habit of using art as a quiet escape from everyday noise. I wanted the face to feel expressive and imperfect, with the blue-and-orange contrast adding emotion and movement to a simple page.

This journal sketch began as an architecture study, inspired by a doorway I came across and the beauty of capturing small, precise details. After finishing it, I sent it to my parents and found out they had once taken a photo in front of a very similar doorway when they first met. What started as a simple drawing became unexpectedly personal, almost like I had been intuitively drawn to something that connected me back to them.

This journal piece started with the simple intention of practicing a nose, but slowly turned into an eye, then the rest of a face. What began as a small drawing exercise became a more expressive portrait, almost like the face appeared on its own. The final result feels reflective and slightly distant, as if the figure is caught in the middle of a thought.

This sketch was inspired by the feeling of Venice and my attempt to practice perspective through buildings, bridges, and distance. Drawing spaces that move from close to far has always been challenging for me, so this piece became both a study and a reminder of what I still want to improve.

This work-in-progress ballerina sketch made me realize how much thought goes into drawing movement and proportion. What started as a simple figure study became a challenge in making the limbs feel balanced, natural, and equal in size.

This piece explores self-appreciation through the female form, using simple lines and soft shapes to create a quiet, reflective mood. Rather than focusing on perfection, the drawing captures a sense of ease, individuality, and calm.

A pencil study inspired by The Creation of Adam, focused on the delicate tension between two hands almost touching. I wanted to practice proportion, shading, and negative space while recreating one of the most recognizable gestures in art history.

For my birthday, I hosted a dinner with my closest friends and created individualized cards for each of them, each with an illustration that reminded me of their personality. The bear represented a friend who had been with me through my highs and lows, always ready with open arms and a hug. The avocado pot with flowers was for a friend who loved avocados, but also had a presence that made every room feel more beautiful. The skier going down a mountain represented my adventurous, adrenaline-seeking friend, while the horse symbolized a free spirit who is always searching for what will make her feel even freer in life. It is often the smallest details that get overlooked, but they are usually the ones people appreciate the most.
